Returns & Exchanges

At Folk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
